All the products you will find on this site are made by me personally with authentic fabrics from prestigious Venetian brands and are available for purchase exclusively through my e-commerce and my Etsy shop. These are unique items, designed to offer quality and authenticity to my customers.

I urge you to be wary of those who resell my products outside of my official website, implying that they were made by me and, therefore, implicitly under the brand name “Oggetti Veneziani” in my atelier in Venice. By buying from unauthorized channels, I cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality or customer service I offer directly.

Though I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my products that appear at the website, please consider that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting, limitations of  digital cameras, and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors.

As the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate so pictures are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolute replication of the product color and other characteristics. 

This can not be claimed because of defects in your monitor may have been light, the settings of your monitor or the type of monitor you use.

Please note that if you're purchasing items made of Fortuny fabrics there may be some color differences. This happens because items may be handcrafted from different dye lots and the shades may differ because the beauty of Fortuny is that no two runnings are ever the same. In this case a picture of the last dye lot available will be sent you for approval before shipping.

Also, please consider that in some cases the position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.

Returns to slight color or slight position of pattern/design differences can therefore not be accepted.
