However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund (excludes custom orders)
You must email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions.
Any unauthorized returns received will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
Refused/Unclaimed Package: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
I'm not responsible for any packages returned to me as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered dutifully.
Sorry, shipping costs and customs fees will not be refunded: customers returning items will be charged for the initial delivery, and will have to pay the costs of return and custom fees.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Any cost associated with customs has to be paid by the customer.
Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please email me immediately.
